Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Meghan Pearson, we value the time, preparation, and commitment involved in every coaching session, breathwork experience, and program we offer.

Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

### 1. General Refund Policy

All purchases of coaching services, breathwork sessions, workshops, programs, and digital offerings are considered final and non-refundable, except where otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law.

We encourage you to review the full description, schedule, pricing, and participation requirements of an offering before purchasing.

### 2. Individual Coaching and Breathwork Sessions

Bookings for individual coaching and breathwork sessions are generally non-refundable.

Requests to reschedule an appointment may be considered according to the specific rescheduling conditions provided at booking.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund, replacement session, or credit.

### 3. Group Sessions, Workshops, and Events

Registration fees for group breathwork sessions, workshops, and events are generally non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your registration will not automatically be refunded or transferred to another event.

Any exceptions or alternative arrangements are at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

### 4. Multi-Session Programs and Fixed-Term Commitments

Certain offerings involve a commitment to a complete program rather than purchasing individual sessions.

For these programs, the full program price and applicable payment schedule will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific program agreement or required by law, missed sessions, changes in personal circumstances, or choosing not to continue participating do not automatically cancel the financial obligations associated with the program.

### 5. Digital Products and Educational Materials

Purchases of downloadable resources, recorded workshops, digital courses, and other digital educational materials are generally final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

### 6. Cancellations or Changes Initiated by Meghan Pearson

If we cancel a service or program and do not provide it, we will communicate the available options, which may include an appropriate refund, credit, or alternative arrangement.

Any refund or other remedy required by applicable law will be provided.

If a session must be rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or arrangement.

### 7. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected circumstances arise.

Requests involving exceptional situations may be reviewed individually. Any discretionary accommodation does not change the general policy or create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in other circumstances.

### 8. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes cancellation, refund, or other consumer protection rights available under applicable law.

Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
