Yes. I offer guided breathwork virtually through my programs and private sessions, as well as select in-person breathwork experiences, workshops and retreats in Ontario and beyond.

Not at all. I work with complete beginners as well as people who have been practicing breathwork, meditation and personal development for years. I’ll explain the technique before we begin and offer modifications throughout the session.
People use breathwork for many reasons, including stress regulation, emotional processing, clarity, creativity, personal growth and reconnecting with themselves.
For me, one of its greatest gifts is that it can interrupt the noise long enough for you to hear yourself again.
Every session is a little different. I’ll guide you through a specific breathing pattern while using music, verbal guidance and moments of stillness to support the experience. Some sessions are gentle and regulating. Others are more active, emotional or expansive.
There is no specific experience you need to have for breathwork to “work.”
Not exactly. Meditation often asks you to observe what is happening, while breathwork gives you something active to do with the breath. For people who struggle to sit quietly or “turn off their brain,” breathwork can be a powerful way into presence because the body becomes part of the practice.
Breathwork is the intentional use of your breath to shift your physical, emotional and mental state. Depending on the practice, it can help calm your nervous system, release emotion, increase energy, create clarity or bring you into a deeper connection with yourself.
I’ve been practicing and facilitating breathwork since 2017, and my approach blends grounded, trauma-aware facilitation with the understanding that your breath is already one of the most powerful tools you have. No complicated equipment. No spiritual performance required. Just you and something your body already knows how to do.
